Faq

On your special day, access can be gained from 8am for yourselves and any suppliers to set up.

For your guests, the last orders will be at 11:30pm with carriages at midnight. We would ask guests to leave site at midnight and suppliers to depart after their work has finished, but no later than 1:30am.

Access times for set up and de-rig days can be discussed depending on your requirements.

We recognise that you want to be able to tailor your day so we are happy to discuss any supplier requests with you. We do have our trusted suppliers, details can be found here, but for any specific requests please feel free to send us a message and we can have a chat with you. All external suppliers will need to provide insurance details and submit risk assessment documentation to us ahead of coming onsite.

No fireworks or Chinese lanterns are allowed on site

We have a dedicated Wedding Manager here at BSC whose services are available from your initial booking through to your special day.
Yes, corkage prices will be discussed depending on quantities and catering requirements.
Currently, we have a fixed hire price for our various venues, for further information on pricing please visit here.
We have our own Catering Team who would be delighted to discuss your menu and prices with you. Alternatively, we have a number of trusted suppliers we can recommend. Should you wish to bring in your own caterer this can be arranged, we would just discuss this further with you.
Absolutely! We would love to meet with you and show you around our fantastic site. Please contact us here to arrange a visit with a member of the Weddings Team.
No naked flames are allowed in any temporary structure / marquee.
We have our beautiful ceremony chairs available for you to use in Memorial Hall. For all other furniture we hire this from one of our trusted suppliers so we can tailor this to your style for your special day.
Yes, we have disabled access and facilities onsite

We do have car parking available onsite for some vehicles, we are also well suited with an excellent transport network available for reaching our site.

No! We will only ever host one wedding on any one day. There may be another event taking place elsewhere onsite.
A noise limiter may be used during any receptions to ensure music is kept at a respectable level for both guest enjoyment of course and our surrounding community.
All costs will be discussed with you to design your bespoke quotation to meet your requirements. A refundable damage deposit will be added to your final invoice, this will be refunded to you within 21 days of your wedding date provided no damage and/or additional costs were incurred on your wedding day.
